Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
