Steps
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk until well combined.
2. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
4. Let it cook undisturbed for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula.
5. When eggs are halfway cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.
6. Continue to gently stir until eggs are fully cooked and cheese is melted.
7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
