Chana kebab is an Indian side dish made with chickpeas, spices and herbs. The combination of flavors makes it a delicious snack!

Steps

1. In a bowl, mash the cooked chickpeas. 2. Add the freshly chopped coriander leaves, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and oil. 3. Mix everything together until the ingredients are evenly incorporated. 4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into round patties. 5. Heat a pan with oil and shallow fry the kebabs on both sides until they are brown in colour. 6. Serve hot with chutney.
