This Carribean-inspired dish is a flavorful and healthy meal filled with chicken, avocado, cucumbers and mushrooms, and just a hint of honey !

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place chicken breast onto a greased oven tray. 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. 4. In a bowl, combine mushrooms, cucumber, avocado and honey. Mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined. 5. Place chicken on top of the vegetable mixture. 6. Enjoy!
