Baked Feta Pasta with Tomatoes

A deliciously creamy and savory dish featuring baked feta cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, and pasta. This easy recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a comforting meal any time.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish amongst the tomatoes. 4. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden. 5. While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. 6. Once baked, remove from the oven and use a fork to mash the feta and mix it with the tomatoes. 7. Drain the pasta and toss it with the feta-tomato mixture until well coated. 8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired.
